Purpose
To be responsible for supporting facility management required to fulfil IKEA’s vision to provide a safe, clean, comfortable environment for all staffs and visitors at our stores through implementing CAFM system, data analysis of energy consumption, inventory management and cleaning service management. Co-worker (data analysis and cleaning), led by store facility manager, shall support store facility manager to utilize and fully implement CAFM solutions, tools, and systems. Shall support store facility manager with cleaning service and provide constructive suggestions through data analysis.


Mandate
Co-worker (data analysis and cleaning) should follow the facility management strategy and business plan. All facility management related group guidelines, local routines, as well as technical standards and manuals should be fully complied in the fulfilment of daily job responsibilities.


Main Responsibilities and Duties

Follow facility management strategy and yearly business plan
? Support the implementation of FMSP concept at store, with the implementation of CAFM as a key tool
? Support the development of FM business plan in store level, and follow up the implementation of the business plan

Support store facility management
? Support store facility manager in CAFM and other related solutions’ implementing at store
? Corporate with country CAFM administrator to implement country level standard working process and solutions via CAFM
? Support store facility manager with cleaning service management
? Provide constructive suggestions through data analysis of energy consumption and inventory management

Facility management business develop
? Assist facility manger to improve the existing working process and routine
? Develop and own the working processes and routines in certain areas of facility management


Knowledge
Understanding of IKEA concept, standard & business plan
IKEA FMSP concept and delivery model
CAFM knowledge and skills
Computer and MS office (especially excel) knowledge
Basic English knowledge (reading and listening)
Training skills
Management and cooperation skill with internal and external organization
Experience of handling external suppliers and contractors
Experience of inventory management
