职责：
提供对终端用户的企业应用程序的技术支持；
对用户的程序使用进行指导；
监督和报告应用程序的问题，性能和配置；分析并领导计划执行；
能够与全球IT技术团队一起工作，进行技术知识的交流；适时更新技术文档；

要求：
本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业；
至少一年SQL的IT支持工作经验；
物流行业经验最好；
英语听说读写熟练；会法语更好
良好的责任心和服务态度；富有团队精神

Mission:
? Provide 3rd level technical support for applications on advanced and complicated issue, respecting SLA (support level agreement with user)
? Provide instructions to users and perform regular site visit
? Monitor and report application incidents & problems, application performance and configuration, analyze and decide on the implementation of action plans
? Facilitate the exchange of technical knowledge across the Global IT technical community. Update the application Knowledge Base and maintain training book, transfer application knowledge to Helpdesk, guarantee Asia team autonomy.
? Coordinate release deployment activities, perform application testing, interface with Basis and Infrastructure teams during design and implementation of solutions.

Profile:
? Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science or related and above;
? Minimum of 1 year’ experience in SQL and IT support;
? Transport and warehouse working experience is good;
? Very good spoken & written English communication skill, French is a plus
? Good sense of responsibility, services and team spirits
