overall objective / purpose of the role:

·be a team leader for delegated project. focusing on delivering the best possible outcome from our client’s investment.

·manage all phase of project deliveries. leading and implementing the best industry practice.

·act as point of contact to other consultants and contractors

key responsibilities / accountabilities

·establish and agree project execution plan with our client
建立并同意与客户的项目执行计划
·create project and design brief
撰写项目和设计概要
·manage design development process and conduct ve session
管理设计进展过程和变更
·develop project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. define scope of service for each package.
依据各项目的特殊要求，制定项目采购计划。确定服务范围
·access to the best contractors, designers and suppliers in fit-out industry
获取装修行业的最好的承包商、设计师和供应商
·coordinate internal or external qs for project cost control
协调内部和外部工料测量师，以控制项目成本
·manage tendering process
管理招标过程
·manage project testing, commissioning and handover
管理项目测试、调试和移交
·provide leadership and coach to project managers
领导和辅导项目经理
·innovation & creativity of service and knowledge.

skills / requirement:

· bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management
工程或项目管理专业本科（或以上）学历
· 12 years experiences in project management for manufactory or commercial real estate projects.
12年以上制造业或商业地产项目管理经验
· has experience in working with/for international consultant company
曾与/为国际咨询公司工作
· be able to multitask and manage priorities

· pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need

·be able to adopt change according to company business plan
