The Chain Store Sales Supervisor’s main responsibility is executing a sustainable route-to-market strategy for the Traditional Trade for the Everyday Writing category in chain book key account channel, also collecting and feedback the situation and competition of WACE category to the company. The key objective for this role is to build and maintain the network of distributors that own the chain book stationary store business, build and lead a sustainable relationship to serve the traditional trade distributors. These distributors will assist in launching and distribution Newell’s Everyday Writing (WACE) business in China.
Responsbilities:
? Support Sales Manager to follow the WACE route-to-market development strategy for Traditional Trade in order to gain the wide distribution, meet the annual sales target and weighted distribution in chain book store key account channel.
? Build and maintain a good business network with different levels of chain stores via finding sales opportunity, conducting annual business plan, business review to ensure the target distribution, coverage and the best in-store execution in terms of pricing/display/assortment and promotion management
? Work closely with merchandiser team to secure execution and get feedback to optimize investment in chain stores
? Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure the good service rate
? Build and maintain good relationship with chain store owners to ensure reaching the weighted distribution and the best in-store execution.
? Work with Channel Marketing team to have yearly trade expense plan and review and track the plan with best ROI
Requirement:
? University Degree in business related field.
? Strong business analysis skills, strong business planning, strong account management experience, knowledge and skills, minimum 4 years’ experience in Stationary/ FMCG industry multinational company
? Experience in preparation of budgets, forecasting etc.
? Self-starter and able to work independently
? Sound analytical skills and acute attention to details
? Written English communication skills.
? 50% Traveling required
