Senior Maintenance Engineer & TPM Leader
高级设备维修工程师兼TPM负责人

Builds and develops organizational capability for EHS management
建立和发展工厂TPM系统
Builds and develops TPM team in Chongqing Plant

Develops TPM systems and procedures
制订TPM系统和流程
Manages and trains TPM members of department

Organizes and operates TPM plans

Gathers and analyzes TPM data and records.

Troubleshoots and repairs equipment utilizing drawings, manuals, equipment history, and tools as required and provides input on preventive / predictive maintenance tasks to process and design engineers as needed
按要求使用图纸、手册、设备历史记录和工具排除故障和修理设备，并根据需要向工艺或设计工程师提供关于预防性维护任务的建议.
Reporting报告
Reports and submits plant TPM operation document to plant management team regularly

Updates the data of the TPM KANBAN regularly

Manages and maintenances equipments管理和维护设备
Gathers the prescribed EHS policies, procedures and standards national/local government and evaluates its compliance
收集国家及地方法律法规，相关标准规范，对进行符合性评估
Provides equipment specification based product design and requirement, and assist Purchasing Dept negotiating with supplier
根据设计、生产需求提供设备、备品备件的技术指标，协助采购部完成与供应商的谈判。
Participates new equipment checking, installation and commission work; Responsible for equipment transfer internal and external, and checking and accepting; Based on government regulation and equipment condition to validate and review the equipment scrap work, and keep all equipment record.
参加新设备的接收工作，组织相关部门进行设备的开箱及试运转等验收；负责设备内、外部转移工作，及验收检查接收工作；根据国家规定及设备状况组织相关部门进行设备报废的鉴定、审核，并报上级主管部门批准。同时收集完善各种相关记录。
Analyzes failures and technical problems, evaluates the extend of the technical problem, defines (also with respect to economical considerations) repair or exchange of parts/systems
分析失败和技术问题；评估技术问题的范围；确定是否（在考虑到成本的同时）修理或更换零部件/系统
Repairs devices and machines, carries out equipment servicing and maintenance; (internal/external)
维修设备、机器和备件, 开展对设备内外部的维护。
Checks performance data of repaired or maintained equipment, and sets it in operation
检查已修理或维护设备的性能数据，并在操作时予以设置
Be responsible for track equipment downtime and report monthly critical equipment OEE
负责跟踪和记录设备停机时间并汇报每月关键设备的综合效率。
Provides input to improve methods for optimizing processes for equipment
提供关于改进优化工作区域和流程的方法的建议
Improves Equipment Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

Follows all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in trainings

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in mechanism or electric ,

Job experience

Strong manufacturing background and 3-5 year experience in plant operation as EHS management.

Professional knowledge/skills
专业知识/技能
5 years or above equipment management working experience in manufacturing industry .
在制造生产领域中工作5年以上的设备管理方面经验；
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Background, 3 years of working experience related to facility equipment.
电子或机械工程背景，在生产设备领域有3年的工作经验。
