职位描述：
1、By the client input to finish seat mechanism product (track, recliner , latch) package design
根据主机厂的输入，进行座椅机构件的设计匹配开发,主要产品有滑轨/调角器/锁扣
2、Familiar with APQP development process, can complete preliminary design and process development, have the team cooperation ability
熟悉APQP开发流程，能完成前期设计及过程开发，有团队协作能力
3、Involved with production suppliers to analyze and solve quality problems, tracking solutions and actions
参与生产供应商质量问题的分析和解决，跟踪可选的方案和采取的行动;
4、Good development experience on seating mechnisms, i.e. tracks, recliner,latches
良好的座椅及构件产品开发经验，比如滑轨，调教器，锁扣等

Qualification:
任职资格：
1、College degree or above in mechanical or related, CET 4 above
机械类相关专科以上学历、英语四级以上
2、Familiar with seat class and function principle, relevant working experience is the best
熟悉座椅类及其功能件原理，有相关工作经验***
3、Familiar with CATIA software for 3 d / 2 d operation
熟练使用CATIA软件进行3D/2D作业
4、Have a good working spirit, Strong hands-on skills
