职位描述：
Directs plant operational activities toward meeting established KPI´s within customer deadlines while adhering to quality and performance standards.
指导工厂的业务活动，在客户要求的期限内，坚持质量标准，满足KPI要求.
Leads all new project launches in the K1/K2 process in coordination with PG teams.与PG团队合作，领导新项目在K1/K2投产阶段的实施.
Responsible for the product liability.负责产品责任.
Prepares and submits operating reports to management to inform them of the current production status and to make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
向上一级管理团队提交工作报告，告知目前的生产状况，并提出建议，以提高工厂效率和效益.
Assures effective customer service and relations through timely delivery of quality product. 及时交付高质量产品，提供有效的客户服务,维护良好的客户关系.
Optimizes plant efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies, applicable regulations and safety rules.优化工厂效率，同时确保遵守公司的政策及所适用的法规和安全规则.
Maintains plant property and equipment in good condition to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and to ensure effective and economical operations. 保持工厂财产及设备处于良好状态，以确保符合政府法规、保证经济有效的工厂运行.
Builds and develops a motivated and engaged workforce by creating a culture of teamwork and cooperation within the plant and with head office and product groups.
构建和发展一个积极和具有凝聚力文化的团队，与工厂之间、总部、生产团队等协作.
Takes a supervising role in ensuring a S.H.E working environment.负责工厂的环境、安全、健康.
Control of 5S in the area of responsibility.确保5S在责任区方面的应用
Carry out the lean actions to reach the cost reduction target.开展精益化的行动，以达到降低成本的目标
College degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical, Electrical Automation or relevant field.
 大学及以上学历,工程,机械或电气自动化专业;
Good analytical skills to insure.
较好的分析能力;
Knowing well to APQP, PPAP, Engineering SPC.
对APQP,PPAP,SPC较好的理解;
Good communication skills, good English speaking and writing.
