职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE

? To lead, develop and support the SEA LIFE network.
? Deliver consistently high standards of animal husbandry through the management, organisation and continued development of the team.
? Manage the operations of the holding facilities on a day to day basis that meets the requirements of the animals and DDD role out strategies.
? Develop and implement policies and procedures that maximises the management of animal Husbandry and animal innovation through out the displays development livestock holding facilities.
? Ensure all SEA LIFES have the key creatures on display through tracking, planning and the holding of back up stock.
? Develop the 5 year display development plan in conjunction with the site manager and implement with the displays team.
? Manage the on site Health and safety and comply with the statutory and company regulations.

Requirements:
? Rich experience in aquaculture， and at least 5 years working experience in large aquarium.
? Very familiar with the principle of the life support system.
? Have relevant professional knowledge about water environment, can accurately judge the biological survival environment problems, and handle in time.
? With professional knowledge of biological breeding, biological behavior , new biological purchase to ensure exhibit display effect.
? Involved in kinds of animal protection project to help establish a good image of SEA LIFE. 举报 分享
