MAIN ACTIVITIES

· Set up and improve the quality management system

· Assist management representative to set up the QEHS management policy and target

· Organize the setup of quality assurance system such as quality manual, management and technical standard

· Supervise and administer the implementation of quality system, make evaluation and audit of system documents periodically

· Organize the internal and process audit of the quality system, prepare the audit report, follow up and evaluate the corrective action plan

· Accompany the external and customer audit of the quality system, follow up the nonconforming items and evaluate the corrective action plan

· Assist the management representative to organize the annual management review

· Turn the customer’s special requirements into the standard of the company to meet the requirements of the customer

· Be responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of statistical datas on quality target

· Be responsible for the collection and reporting of quality cost

· Issue, update and manage the procedure documents, ensuring the quality system state, customer and local regulation compliance

· Be responsible for the training of new and updated system documents

· Propose rationalized suggestion in QS management

· All other duties assigned by the superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· University degree or above majored in quality management or machinery or related professionals

· Min. 2 years experiences in similar function in automotive industry

· Familiar with TS16949, ISO14000 and OSAHS18000

· Familiar with QS9000 five quality tools

· Certificate TS16949 internal auditor and qualified to lead the company quality system certification

· Good English skills

· Strong sense of responsibility

· Good team spirit and communiation skills
