To cope with our expansion, we are looking for the Logistic Administrator based in Shenzhen office with the below requirements.

Job Duties:
1. Check the shipping docs from our global factories, make sure docs can meet the customs declaration and clearance requirements at destination port, no discrepancy and mistakes between docs.
2. Assist the communication between our nominated forwarders/ carriers and global factories if necessary.
3. Maintain and update daily reports, make sure shipping information can be showed on the shipping report on time without missing and mistakes. Send reports to related HK and USA colleagues on time.
4. Update company systems, input shipping data on time without missing and mistakes.
5. Train new factories our shipping procedure, make sure new factories can provide shipping docs and reports according to our requirements.
6. Check TMX3 invoices, make sure invoices are 100% correct and submit payment requests to our US A/P on time.
7. Assist our HK and US colleagues distributing new policy and requirements to our global factories.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

1. 负责检查全球工厂的出货文件,确保所有的单证相符,没有错误,文件符合目的港清关要求。
2. 在有需要的时候,负责协助工厂与我司指定船公司,货代之间的联络。
3. 负责更新日常的报表,确保工厂出货信息能够及时准确的在报表上呈现,并能及时把相关的报表发给相关的香港及美国同事。
4. 负责更新公司系统,录入出货数据,确保能及时准确的录入数据。
5. 负责培训新开发工厂的船务流程,确保工厂熟悉我司的流程并能按照我司要求提供文件及相关的报表。
6. 负责检查第三方验货机构开具的发票,确保发票上的数据及金额准确无误并向美国财务提交付款申请。
7. 协助香港及美国公司同事落实新的政策和要求,能及时的传达公司的最新要求给工厂。
8. 完成上司交给的其它事务性工作。

Job Requirements:
1. CET-4 or above, fluent English skills both in writing and speaking;
2. College degree ,International Trade or Logistics major is preferred;
3. At least 2-3 years working experience in similar working field.
4. Familiar with the shipping and customs declaration procedure, know how to issue the related shipping docs like invoice, packing list, B/L and C/O, etc.
5. Familiar with the import customs clearance requirements for other countries, especially for USA, Canada and Mexico.
6. Familiar with the office software, careful and patient enough, responsible with high team spirit.

1. 英语四级以上, 书写和口语流利;
2. 大学本科,物流或者是国际贸易专业更佳;
3. 有相关工作经验2-3年以上;
4. 熟悉船务订舱及出口报关等流程,熟悉外贸文件制作,如发票,装箱单,提单,产地证等;
5. 熟悉各国家的进口清关文件要求,特别是美国,加拿大和墨西哥。
6. 熟悉电脑及办公软件操作,工作认真细致,富有责任心,有耐心,注重团队合作。
