主要岗位职责:
? Implement company’s sales strategies to maximize market share and margin in responsible area.
能够全力执行公司的销售策略,提高所负责销售区域的市场份额及利润率;
? Develop new customer and new sales opportunities to increase sales;
开发新客户及发掘新的销售机会以提高销售额;
? Promote company’s product portfolio within the assigned territory/accounts;
在所负责的区域及客户中大力推广公司的产品系统;
? Achieve assigned annual sales target;
完成公司分配的年度销售指标;
? Serve as focal point of contact between company and customer. Build good relationship with customers and timely feedback requirement from customers, as well as provide customers updated information from the company.
作为公司和客户之间的重要沟通渠道,在与客户建立良好合作关系的同时,及时获取客户关于产品及服务方面的反馈,同时提供给客户最新的公司产品与服务信息。
? Understand industry regulations and trends
熟悉了解行业规则和最新行业发展动态。
? Participate in contract/project negotiation and sales activities.
参与合同项目谈判及销售执行;
? Track contract implementation;
跟进合同项目的执行;
? Cooperate with financial department on payment issues and money collection;
负责货款的及时回笼;
? Coordinate the internal teams to help execute product delivery and support.
配合公司内部,协调完成项目货物的发运及客户收货工作;
? Timely submit all reports required by company including but not limited to project status, market potential analysis, competition information, etc
及时向公司汇报包括项目进度/潜在市场分析/市场竞对等相关信息。
5. Qualification Requirement任职资格要求:
? Education Background教育背景:
College degree or above
大学专科毕业;
? Working Experience工作经验:
2-3 years’ sales experience in China,especially in cable industry or related.
两到三年的销售工作经验,电缆系统行业或相关行业优先考虑。
? Knowledge知识:
Marketing/Electrical Engineering background is preferred.
市场营销或电力电气工程背景优先考虑。
? Skill技能:
Open minded, passionate to take toughest challenge;
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
工作思路灵活,勇于接受挑战;
良好的个人主动性,拥有明确的目标及优秀的沟通协调能力。
