工作职责
The dedicated SWAHT champion is an ambassador, and responsible for lead the SWAHT service culture and develop the staffs professional skills by collaborative work with key stakeholders, develop TTT certificate and SWAHT trainings, living, leading and sustaining the great service culture according to the company's goal

依据集团要求,能够研发培训培训员及SWAHT践行、引领课程,并坚守服务以人文本的公司文化
SWAHT Program 服务以人为本项目
Collaborative working with L&D stakeholders as well as internal learning professionals
to conduct needs analysis, communicating and reporting of progress
与公司内学习机发展决策者及学习顾问合作,进行需求分析、沟通交流、汇报统计工作
Planning, directing and implement SWAHT training and actions with the team aiming to
the company’s strategy
依据公司战略,和团队一起计划、指引、落实服务以人为本培训及活动
Manage & evaluate the SWAHT contents, instructional methods, delivery resources
are not only current but also effective
管理并评估服务以人为本内容、指导材料、正确并高效地完成交付工作
TTT Certificate 培训培训员认证
Develop and implement the SWAHT training certificates
开发、实施服务以人为本认证课程
Maintain and develop internal trainers in service culture express
管理、发展内训师传播服务文化
Supervising the trainer team for efficient program management at current/future portfolio
监督培训团队在现有/未来情景中高效运营SWAHT项目
Communication 沟通交流
Work with key stakeholders in each division, be responsible for program development initiatives
aligned with business strategy & key priorities
与各事业部决策人合作,依据商业战略和关键优先项开发SWAHT项目
Coach one site staff effectively within divisions, to translate on-site needs into service developing solutions
辅导事业部的员工,将项目(甲方)需求转变为服务解决方案
Apple Award 苹果奖
Work closely with stakeholders in each division, be responsible for culture express
与各事业部决策人合作,负责服务文化传递
Further promote and implement the Apple Award program locally
在中国更进一步宣称、落实苹果奖
Manage & evaluate the result, make sure best practices and recognition process becomes part of everyday life within the company
管理、评估结果,确保“***实践”和“认可机制”成为公司内部日常文化

Must to Have 必须具备的能力
Passion 热情
Language (English & Chinese) 语言能力(英语及中文流利)
Education: Bachelor or above 学历(本科及以上)
