Responsilbility:
1. Manage EU sales independently;
2. Lead EU sales team of 7 staff;
3. Provide guidance and coaching to EU team
4. Create conducive working environment for EU team and cooperate with NA and KR teams as well;
5. Support EU sales team on internal communications and meetings
6. Reporting to sales director and work closely with his deputy
7. Generate EU sales revenue and win businesses
8. Deep dive all program costing and generate VAVE and eliminate waste to improve NOP.
Qualifications and condidtions:
1. At least bachelor and above
2. At least 15 years of sales experience in automortive industry
3. Excelletn capibility of communication and negotiation with customer
4. At least 15 years of sales experence in automotive industry
5. Must be fulent in English both written and orcal. Know German language would be an advantage.
6. Must be able to travel overseas and withing China.
