职位描述：
岗位职责

1、用阿里旺旺号和电话受理客户咨询、投诉、建议及意见等，并做好记录；
2、收集客户及相关市场资料，建立和管理客户档案和信息数据库；
3、维护良好的客户关系，掌握客户的后续需求；对已经购买并付款的客户，进行各种详细的售后信息确认。
4、负责与相关部门的业务协调，及时解决客户提出的问题。

任职资格

1、具有良好的抗压能力；
2、能不断的在工作中通过学习而快速成长；
3、电脑操作熟练，打字速度快，能同时与多人进行有条不紊的沟通；
4、普通话标准，口齿清楚，声音甜美，具有优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力；
5、有较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题；
6、具有良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心，工作积极主动；
7、有从事过卫浴，家居，建材或其它行业售后工作经验者优先录用
