岗位职责：
Working for the Manufacturing Engineering department, this role is a Waveguide Industrial Engineer position with focus on waveguide assembly, welding, vacuum acquires and RF test. WG Industrial Engineers are required to design, set up and maintain the WG production process, tools and test equipments, this is for both in house production and to support third party supplier production as required.
The role requires working with suppliers, designers, other ELEKTA Factories, as required to:-
？ Support the WG production process and resolve technical issues with the WG and/or test equipment and establish root cause and implement preventative actions via normal processes.
？ Attend meeting and represent the industrial engineering department
？ Assist in WG production reliability and process mapping to continually improve and optimize WG production efficiency.
？ Design and implement tools and test equipment fort WG production process.
? Provide technical support to the WG production process and department to resolve manufacturing engineering related issues, including resolve technical issues of Fixtures, Jigs, Moulds and Test Equipments, authorization of Non Conformance Reports and amendments to production documents.
? Design and documentation of the WG assembly, welding, vacuum acquire, and RF test process including:-
? Specification of Fixtures, Jigs, Moulds, Test Equipment and Special To Type Test equipment, in terms of Design, Manufacture and validation before use, and providing cost justification for them.
? Specification of assembly, welding, vacuum acquire, and RF test methods (WI, PTS and TRS).
? Develop and maintain safe working practices, particularly with electrical hazards, vacuum performance exhaust device and hydrogen oven.
? Assembly, welding, vacuum acquire, and RF test improvement through Value Stream Mapping and other tools.
? Record and report any problem during WG production process.
? General production process efficiency:-
? Identify and carry out WG manufacturing process improvements to improve efficiency, quality and cost savings through Value Stream Mapping and other tools.
? Support projects to transfer production from one facility to another (example: Elekta to Elekta, Elekta to Supplier and Supplier to Elekta)
? To define and promote good workmanship standards.
? Participate in Engineering Change and Product Creation processes
? Update WG production and test process and carry out Process Validation as a result of design change.
? Participate in the Product Creation process to develop WG manufacturing process, testability, tools, test equipment and carry out process validation.
? Other activities which the reporting manager assigns

相关知识， 技能和能力要求。以上“职责和录用条件”要求之外，并要求以下：

? Radiotechnics related Degree from university plus minimum 2 years experience of working in Manufacturing Waveguide or vacuum electronic device.
? Familiarity with relevant standards in WG manufacturing.
? Basic knowledge with Electric, Mass Spectrometry, Chemistry, and familiarity with character of nitrogen, helium, hydrogen and argon.
? Use Residual Gas Analyzer to analyses gas components.
? Good knowledge of welding and vacuum, familiarity with relevant methods of vacuum acquire and measurement, familiarity with relevant methods of metal (especially OFC) cleaning, welding and baking outgas.
? Working knowledge with the ability to implement and advise on workmanship standards for both in house and third party production, working knowledge of IPC standards is desirable but not essential.
? Ability to use CAD tools such as Solid Works, Solid Edge, Protel, and Mentor Graphics. PLC programming or MCGS Configuration Software programming ability is desirable but not essential.
? Ability to Work both unsupervised under own initiative and within teams.
? Excellent organizational, team work and communication skills with a strong and positive influencing style.
? Strong English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Able to communicate with all levels within a multi-disciplinary international company.
? Ability to organize and chair meetings
? Willingness to learn and develop to maintain current electronics manufacturing knowledge.
? Work experience within wholly international or Joint venture Company working with technically complex, high cost capital equipment, is desired but not essential.
