1、 计算机软件及通信专业，硕士学历；
2、 有全面的网络、软件及电信业务流程的技术知识；
3、 从事大型软件开发3年以上，有项目管理经验优先，有销售工作经验优先；
4、 从事电信业务运营支撑系统软件的开发2年以上；
5、 具有Windows环境下的Java、EJB、J2EE、WebLogic和Unix环境下的C++丰富开发经验和很强的编程能力；
6、 具有团队领导能力和良好的沟通能力；
