STRATEGIC PURPOSE OF ROLE:
This is a new position whereupon you will report directly to our British Chief Operating Officer [16 years China experience] and lease guide & support our Production & Technical Projects teams. Your key contributions will be developing and optimizing processes and establishing and maintaining with senior teams Continuous Improvement metrics whilst also enhancing & modernizing our existing TUV approved ISO9001 & ISO14001 accreditations & updates for the 2015 version.
Our COO is a CIQA Member and former Quality Professional in various High Tech companies and is looking to enhance & modernize Strikowestofen Asia to become a more efficient metrics driven organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Enhance & modernize ISO 9001 & ISO14001 to the new 2015 versions;
2. Lead workshops to optimize internal processes into effective process flow charts.
3. Manage all aspects of Supplier Quality – Assessments, Improvements plans, defining and refining sample inspection criteria.
4. Work with our Engineers to understand critical final product criteria and ensure effective compliance.
5. Have ability to run workshops and eliminate NVA with high knowledge of modern quality tools and methodologies such as 6S, Lean, CoPQ, VOC improvement plans & Quality related KPI’s.
6. Prepare Quality Department budget.
7. Define smart IQC, IPQC, FQC & Installation FAQ inspection criteria.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENTIAL:
1. Bachelor degree majored in mechanical engineering plus mechanical-electrical background;
2. > 5 years working experience in quality management in an Advanced Tech equipment field.
3. Extremely fluent in both English and Chinese, oral and written;
4. Ideally Automotive or Medical related experience levels of knowledge preferred.
5. Extensive excel knowledge of creating quality tools & metrics templates and data collection methods.
6. Lean, 6S, CoPQ, Process mapping, NVA elimination, data driven & improvement effective.
7. Good soft skills, emotional intelligence & facilitation skills are a must.
 
OTHER:
1. Car owner & driving license holder preferred.
2. Passion, ownership and positive energy with a can do attitude.
