Position: Developer Community Support Engineer
Location: Wuxi
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Provide timely technical support on the problems and advisory service for customers on developer community platforms.
l Troubleshoot and tune Microsoft based cloud and mobility develop products by analyzing customer’s problems.
l Understand customer request for features requests and content and channel those to the product teams via partnership with the technical leads
l Learn advanced cloud and mobility technologies and deliver high-level training internally and externally.
l Collaborate with US-based escalation team to consult and respond back to customers on highly complex issues.
l Work with supplier team and handle escalated threads raised in community forums

Communication Skills:
l Proven English oral, reading, and writing skills. Proven English oral, reading, and writing skills. CET BAND 6 and conversational English skills are a must.
Core Technical Skills and Experience Required:
l 3-5 years working experience in at two of these languages: C#, PHP, Python, and Java
l Working knowledge of Azure or similar cloud service platforms
l Experience with relational database management systems such as MySQL or Microsoft SQL highly desirable
l Experience in technical customer support
l Quick learning and troubleshooting skills are needed.
l Hard working and great passion on new computer technology.
Desirable Technical Skills:
l 3-5 years working experience in web application development or service oriented projects
l Be familiar with ASP.NET, WCF, IIS if working with C#, be familiar with OSS frameworks if working with Java, PHP, Python or node.js
l Knowledge of scripting language such as JavaScript/VBScript
Education & Certifications:
l Bachelor or Master of Computer Science required
l Industry recognized certification in C#, PHP, Java, Node.js or Python (or on track to obtain in the next six months)
