Purpose of the Position:
Provides support to the overall business reporting process by executing on data analysis, governance activities, data gathering, and ad-hoc manual report generation exercises. Do this in order to improve the quality of reports as well as develop reports and analysis to management that will provide the necessary insights in order to make business decisions.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the data requests queue in order to respond to requests in a timely, standardized, and customer service-oriented manner. Provide support on data requests and generate ad-hoc reports, as needed.
提供标准的客户服务及时响应数据需求，以及根据需求生成非常规报表。

2. Support the Data Governance process by following all data procedures, monitoring data quality, identifying data issues and recommending solutions. Identify and document new process improvement opportunities. Do this in order to maintain high quality of data.
执行数据治理流程，确保数据质量。包括检测数据质量，发现数据问题，提供解决方案。并且能够优化数据治理流程。

3. Develop and maintain periodic reports, in order to meet business needs and ensure the accuracy of the underlying data. These reports will include the monthly Company Statistics report, as well as other SSRS and Excel reports needed by the business.
为了满足业务需要开发和维护周期性报表。包括现有的公司月度统计报表和其他的SSRS报表和Excel报表。

4. In order to support company projects and management requests, interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and develop ongoing reports using reporting and statistical tools.
根据公司项目和管理需要，使用统计技术解释数据和分析结果，并且使用报表工具和统计分析功能开发及时报表。

任职资格:

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (preferable majors: math, statistics, information technology ), 2-3 years working experience is preferred
2. Proficient computer skills (especially in Excel, SQL, Charts)
3. Experience with data mining algorithms and R language is preferred
4. Detail-oriented & customer service orientation
5. Good communication skills & problem solving skills
6. Excellent logical and analytical capabilities
7. Intermediate English skills ( verbal and written )
