岗位职责:
C&B Strategy Planning & Implementation
Develop C&B strategies to well support the business growth; Lead the team to implement the strategies by designing various C&B programs/practices based on complete analysis of external competitiveness, internal equity and legal compliance.
Team Management & Development
Develop and retain a high performing C&B team by providing effective leadership, recruiting, coaching, training and performance evaluation to team members to ensure team effectiveness.
Internal Consultancy Service & External Communication
Communicate C&B programs, policies and practices to the board, Sr. Management team and line managers; Guide managers on the programs/policies implementation and provide consultancy services on C&B related issues; Cooperate with external vendors to obtain necessary resources needed to support C&B work.
C&B Daily Operation & Data Analysis Management
Manage the daily C&B activities such as payroll process, salary actions, benefits administration and salary survey, etc. to ensure C&B activities’ compliance with C&B strategies and meet information security requirements; Direct the team to conduct in-depth analysis and generate various reports to support the business decisions.
Budget Planning & Cost Control
Conduct annual compensation and benefits budgeting and planning per C&B strategies; Monitor, track and analyze the actual expense to better control the workforce cost, improve the budget planning and C&B practices design.
