Principal Responsibilities:
Ticket Operation
Monitor the ticket system, respond user support requests in a timely, standardized, and customer service-oriented manner. Operate, maintain and improve RSP’s system and equipment. Escalate situations requiring urgent attention or additional assistance to ensure effective IT infrastructure to meet the business needs.
Areas Operation and Improvement
Maintain, operate, optimize IT areas of responsibilities (e.g., Software deployment, Reporting, Purchasing, etc.) to improve Helpdesk services and systems.
Project Participation and Management
Lead or provide assistance in researching, evaluating, and executing IT projects to improve the helpdesk’s service and systems.
Others
Provide technical experience to Helpdesk Assistants to resolve and escalated issues. Document issue resolution and recommend changes to procedures to reflect current state.
任职资格:
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Junior College, Bachelor degree or above
2. Computer Science or IT related major preferred
3. 3 years working experience within IT
4. Fundamental computer skills in Windows and MS office, especially Word, Excel.
5. PC troubleshooting knowledge
6. Good customer service skills.
7. Good communication skills
8. Good research skills
9. Good problem solving skills
10. Good English skills (verbal and written)
11. Linux and Windows server skills preferred
12. Basic network troubleshooting skills preferred
