职位描述：

Responsibilities：
1. 贯彻执行公司的销售策略和销售政策，完成既定的销售目标；
Implement the sales strategy and sales policy, fulfil the sales targets;
2. 帮助验配师提升助听器验配技巧及经销商的售后服务；
Assist in the dispenser for fitting skills and provide the distributors with after sales services;
3. 负责并跟踪产品订单；
In charge of the track of the order;
4. 为客户提供相关的产品技术培训;
Provide the customers with the product and technical training;
5. 定期拜访客户，维持并发展与客户的关系;
Visit the clients regularly, maintain and develop the relationships;
6. 执行各类促销计划，确保客户参加并获得良好的效果；
Implement the promotion plans of the company, make sure the customer to be informed and get good results;
7. 完成各类销售拜访及工作报告，比如填写salesforce系统；
Fulfil all kinds of visit plan and sales reports, update the report in salesforce system;
8. 收集并汇报市场和竞争对手信息；
Collect and report the information of the competitors;
9. 完成上级指派的其他工作。
Fulfil the other tasks from the supervisor/manager.

Qualification：
1. 大专以上学历，两年以上小型设备（医疗器械或电子消费品）销售经验；
College degree, 2 years or above experience of sales in medical device or consumer electronic industry;
2. 熟悉相关区域经销商渠道管理和开发；
Familiar with the management and development of distributors;
3. 中英语良好，熟练MS Office操作。
Good English and MS Office.
