职位描述：
Basic Requirements :基本要求
a) Bachelor degree major in tooling or mechanical or equivalent.
本科以上学历，模具或机械类相关专业。
b) Seven years experience in tooling and production; five years experience as a tooling and production supervisor or equivalent. The experience of progressive tooling for the material thickness over 2mm of automotive part is necessary. Prefer to have tooling design and tooling debug experience.
七年模具及生产方面工作经验，其中五年以上模具及生产主管相关工作经验。必须要有料厚2mm以上的汽车零件的连续模经验。有模具设计和调试经验者优先。
c) Excellent problem solving techniques.
良好的问题解决能力
d) Excellent knowledge of the press department and equipment. Must have experience of 400T+ automatic press with feeder.
精通冲压设备和冲压方面的相关知识. 必须要有400T以上带送料机的自动冲压设备的经验。
e) Familiar with robotic welding and tube bending equipment and processes
熟悉机器人焊接和弯管的设备和工艺
f) Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001 system and related requirements.
        熟知TS16949/ISO14001体系及相关体系要求。
g) Good computer skills in the areas of Office Software, CAD, UG , CATIAand relevant designing software.
熟练操作office办公软件，熟练应用CAD、UG、CATIA相关设计软件
h) Good skills of leadship and communication and good spirit of teamwork; good interpersonal relationship.
优秀的领导沟通能力及团队合作精神；人际关系佳
i) Good ability to listen, read, write and speak English.
良好的英语听说读写能力

Key Responsibilities :主要职责
a) Manage the tooling, press, tube bending and welding team.
管理模具、冲压、弯管和焊接团队
b) Responsible for all the tooling and fixture in the COMPANY and ensure the quality for the stamping parts，tube bending and welding parts.
 对公司所有模具和夹具负责，确保冲压件、弯管件和焊接件质量。
c) Setup tooling and fixture maintenance and repair standard, manage and maintain tooling and fixture record, make tooling and fixture maintenance plan.
制订模具和夹具维护保养标准，建立其履历，制订其维护保养计划
d) Make a plan for tooling/fixture manufacturing and tooling/fixture maintenance according to the delivery plan.
依据交货计划安排模具/夹具的制造，以及模具/夹具维修等相关作业。
e) Attend production meetings to ensure the tooling, press, tube bending, welding are ready for the day’s schedule. Support production schedule as determined from production meeting.
参加生产会议以确保模具、冲压、弯管、焊接为日常生产计划做好准备。为生产计划提供支持。
f) Review or prepare related documents/reports of daily production and tooling/fixture maintenance to meet the company policy. Lead Continuous Improvement on tooling/fixture and production. Involve in the tooling/fixture final static and dynamic buyoff in house
审核或准备日常生产和模具/夹具维护相关的文件/报告已符合公司的策略。领导模具/夹具和生产的持续改进。参与模具/夹具在公司内的静态和动态终验收。
g) Supervise and conduct the daily and periodic maintenance work for the tooling/fixture and keep a file.
监督并指导模夹具的日常性维护及周期性维护作业，并记录存档。
h) Make the improvement plan for the tooling with problems found in the manufacturing progress and follow up with the implementation of the plan.




对生产中出现问题的模具作出改进方案并跟踪落实。
i) Coordinating work with outside vendors for spare parts and tooling/fixture outsourced manufacturing.
      负责与供应商进行备品备件和模具/夹具外协制造上的沟通与协调。
j) Organize tooling, press, tube bending, welding related people to make the stampings, tube bendings, weldments according to requirements.
      组织管理模具、冲压、弯管、焊接的相关员工按计划完成冲压件、弯管件、焊接件的生产任务。
k) Participate in and support Kaizen and GEAR activities. Adopt and practice Kaizen Principles and Concepts. Encourage and solicit GEAR activities from staff to meet corporate goals.
参与和支持Kaizen和GEAR活动，采用和实施Kaizen原则和理论，鼓励和收集员工的GEAR以达到公司的目标。
l) Ensure that all personnel are working in a safe and efficient manner.
确保部门所有人员以安全高效的方式工作
m) Conduct employee performance reviews for department personnel minimum annually. Submits training needs and hiring needs to HR as determined from departmental needs and employee evaluations.
至少每年一次和部门内的员工进行绩效评估。根据部门需求和员工评价提交培训和招聘需求给人事
n) Supervise the implementation of 6S and equipment maintenance.
负责部门内6S管理监督及设备管理。
o) Will ensure that all individuals within their department work in compliance and conform to TS16949 and ISO14001
确保部门内所有人员的工作符合TS16949和ISO14001的要求
p) Assist other Departments of machining work.
协助其它部门的加工工作
q) Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
