职责描述：
1. 负责搜集和整理潜在客户的资料，并妥善分类、保管存档、每月编写统计分析报表，呈报部门主管；
2. 负责开展本商品品类的市场调研工作；
3. 负责本供应商评价的基础工作；
4. 负责草拟各类函件（品牌）；
5. 协助招商运营主管完成招商及其他业务指标；
6. 协助招商运营主管对进驻品牌前、后期的跟进工作；
7. 协助招商运营主管对退场品牌的跟进工作；
8. 负责规划本商品品类的调整方案，对装修改造方案进行审核；
9. 协助主管进行卖场管理，有效执行运营管理工作，关注、发现店铺存在的问题并及时反馈；
10. 善于建立、维护和品牌间的良好合作关系及与品牌沟通并执行营销活动推广；
11. 负责协助整理汇总相关工作表格数据，并核查表格准确性；
12. 协助本小组完成工作资料用印申请及保管；
13. 负责租户档案的存档并制作相应台账；
14. 完成领导交办的行政类工作。
15. 完成领导交办的其他任务。
