职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.组织实施公司日常人事管理制度的监督、协调、检查执行情况。
2.根据公司的整体发展战略规划，组织拟订机构设置、岗位职责设计和定员定编方案，对公司组织架构设计和人员调配提出合理改进方案。
3.统筹计划、监控招聘工作，甄选合适的人员。
4.组织公司薪酬福利管理工作，提出薪酬福利计划及薪酬福利调整方案，审核月度薪酬福利发放统计表。
5.组织公司员工的绩效管理工作，审定绩效考核结果。
6.统筹监督制定公司员工的培训计划，审定、监督根据公司发展需要安排的培训课程。
7.监督劳动合同的签订，组织受理劳动争议和员工投诉，并联合相关部门妥善解决。
8.监督各类人事行政事务工作的开展，考勤、各类人事档案的归档保管、录用退工、入职离职手续办理等事宜。
9.负责日常通知、通报、任命的起草及发放工作，处理生产文档，文件分类、归档等工作。
10.完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求：
1.全日制本科以上学历，人力资源、管理学等相关专业；
2.5年以上行政人事相关工作经验，有汽车零部件制造行业经验尤佳；
3.工作细致认真，原则性强，较强的工作责任心与主动性，有良好的执行力及职业素养；
4.熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式；
5.熟练使用Office办公软件。 举报 分享
