职位描述：
? Discuss and agree courses of action with GM
? Minimum 5 years of working experience in all Asian fabric and dyeing markets
? Excellent negotiation skills
? Good understanding of foreign cultures
? Excellent knowledge of fabric constructions, physical and chemical contexts
? Fast and responsive in daily operation
? Analytic skills
? Team leading / team spirit
? Transcribe agreed concepts
? Driving force in daily operation
? Source suitable fabric mills and dyeing mills and keep relation to core mill sources
? Elaborate knowledge of DETOX campaign and approaches
? Build up fabric library incl. all levels of detail of such library (knit and woven)
? Coordinate fabric QC activities – steer QC’s with clear reporting tools
? Coordinate fabric sourcing activities, following the agreed value chain (CN/BD)
? Coordinate fabric export from China, Taiwan to BD
? Build-up a clear structure for all levels of your responsibility
? Analyze purchasing results
? Negotiate fabric prices
? Allocate orders to appropriate suppliers
? Monitor production plans and production progress
? Take action on unfeasible production plans and foreseeable undue orders
? Visit core mills for both, knitting and dyeing
? Lead fabric team by procedural method and by paragon
? Monitor and coordinate the work of your team
? Assist team in difficult matters
? Monitor procedures and propose improvements
