职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be accountable for the waste water treatment project delivery, components supply, payment, project budget management, quality control, project site management, equipment installation and performance optimizing, project completion and customer acceptance etc.
2. Review the technical solution and sales contract of waste water treatment project, survey working site and assess the feasibility of implementation and completion.
3. Review subcontract, and ensure all requirements from customer could be covered in the subcontract.
4. Lead project implementation, coordinate with other function departments (Designing team, Finance, Logistics, C/S, Sourcing) and subcontractor, acquire their resource and support, develop project implementation schedule and action plan, and supervise subcontractor’s activities.
5. Track and report project implementation status, report progress and problems, propose solution.
6. Make out project budget, open and close particular account for each project, manage the expense and cost payment, complete final accounting with Finance dept.
7. Assist to develop project management system and tools.
8. Archive project engineering documents, handover full set of project files to Clients.
9. Other jobs assigned by superior manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant major;
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the field of waste water treatment industry;
Have good technical background in waste water system designing or engineering;

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex project related documents;
Can work independently;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to understand, read, write and converse in English and at an advanced level.

REASONING ABILITIES
Ability to make decisions requiring the use of a variety of variables in standard situations.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Requires excellent reading, writing, and communication skills;
2. Ability to effectively negotiate with clients/suppliers/sub-contracts or other work partners;
3. PC skills (e.g. word processing, excel spreadsheets) and clerical skills (e.g. phone skills, filing) ;
4. Expected to learn internal procedures and policies on-the-job;
5. Basic technical understanding in order to be able to generate translations from Mandarin to English;
6. Good team player;
7. Hard working and able to work under tight deadlines;
8. Cost control awareness and skill;
9. Would like to long time staying on site;
