职位描述
Responsibilities:
To review/check invoices and debit notes in a timely and accurate manner, local and overseas.
Cooperate with vendors and other department to match invoices with appropriation requests, purchase orders, goods or services receipts,etc.
Make payment timely and accurately based on payment proposal, and ensure all payments are supported by documentation and authorization consistent with internal policy and procedure.
Ensure all VAT invoice is valid and reconcile input VAT.
Perform month-end closing activity and do reconciliation of accounts.
Identify unusual items and discrepancies, investigate and follow up with actions.
Handle the filing of payment vouchers and documents.
Reply the email from vendors timely.
Other tasks assigned by leader.
Qualifications:
Integrity, cooperative, open mind, active and flexible.
Bachelor degree or above, finance, accounting or related
Above 3 years related experience, preferably in multinational companies
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Ability to work effectively with multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
