职位描述：
主要工作职责：
l Participate the analysis of 8D, quality and safety.
2 Support production/maintenance team to analyze the complex problem on the machine and assure the machine work in normal situation.
3 In charge of the production team training about working instruction, technical specification and machine turning.
4 Industrialization preparation coordination between program and plant, participate in the program development gate review.
5 Application of Pokayoke and SPC
6 Optimization of process flow and parameter. prepare the machine improvement specification and technical communication with supplier.
7 Plant IT support

PROFILE REQUIRED 要求
Personal Background
l College graduated, minimum 2 years’ experience for PLC programming or automatism design and turning
2 Bachelor major in Automatism or Industrial IT;

Skills & Abilities
3 Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
4 Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
5 Mastery of mechanical design
6 Mastery of CAD software( UG or Catia, Autocad)
7 Good knowledge for safety, ergonomic
8 Basic automatism knowledge
9 Mastery of plastic material machining and welding process control
l0 Mastery of pneumatic and hydraulic Knowledge
l1 Good automatic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
l2 Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan
