The Modern Trade & Office Channel Sales Manager is responsible for execute the business strategy of Newell Brands’ Everyday Writing (WACE) business in the key account retail groups throughout East Sales Region of China. Key responsibilities of this role is to maintain the relationship with Modern Trade buyer including National and locals KA, Office Channel buyers and key Distributors (DT) to secure more resources from the sales channels. And meantime working closely with the Merchandiser team to engage the customers for better order tracking to help them achieve the sales targets will also be part of the daily job.

Responsibilities:
- Follow the WACE route-to-market development strategy for Modern Trade in order to gain the wide distribution, meet the annual sales target and weighted distribution in the National and locals KA and Office Channel
- Build and maintain a good business network with different level distributors via conducting annual business plan, daily operation, and business review to ensure the target distribution, coverage and the best in-store execution in terms of pricing/display/assortment and promotion management, tracking their orders on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain good relationship with KA buyers to ensure reaching the weighted distribution, promotion execution and the best in-store execution.
- Work with Channel Marketing team to have yearly A&P plan and review and track the plan with best ROI
- Work closely with Supply Chain functions to have the good forecast plan and service rate

Requirement:
- University Degree in business related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience Modern Trade development and 7 years’ sales experience, knowledge and skills, in multination FMCG industry company
- Stationary category background is a plus
- >30% Traveling required
