职位描述：
Essential Functions
?Develop regional Asian Strategies and carry out marketing programs necessary to increase services provided to key accounts and to meet annual growth and profitability targets in cooperation with Busch subsidiaries mainly located in China, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.
?Actively search for new opportunities and projects in the market of the involved Asian Busch companies; as well as to keep abreast of new developments within the industry. Proactively assist in the planning of any special events or activities taking place. Contribute to the successful running of these sales events and activities.
?Coordinate the sales process from initial opportunity and securing approved supplier status to securing a customer purchase order. Regularly undertake support visits with Busch Sales Companies to new and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
?Develop an excellent working knowledge of Busch products and services in order to provide detailed guidance to Busch Sales Companies and customers alike.
?Assist in application and process related questions, being able to advise customers and Busch sales teams in the selection of the right equipment to be applied.
?Ability to operate available Busch (process) calculation software.
?Observe competitors behaviour, support in competitive analysis and in the creation of sales arguments.
?Attendance at appropriate exhibitions/trade shows to present Busch products and engage potential customers.
?Undertake training sessions on products and the market segments at the involved Asian Busch companies.
?Generates sales and marketing related reports and compiles data/analytics to help drive business decisions in collaboration with the involved Asian Busch companies.
?Intensive collaboration with the global Busch team located in Europe and USA.

Position qualifications
        Master degree in Physics, Chemistry or Materials Science with 5 years plus experience in semiconductor, flat panel or solar industry; experience in dealing with customers
？ A character with high communication skills, sales orientated, good manners and structured way of working
？ Chinese (Mandarin) and English fluently spoken and written
？ Able to work independently, show high levels of responsibility, reliability, commitment, initiative, team skills, communication skills
