- Interested? Read on if you are a….hard core software design engineer in test. You know where the bugs are because you are an experienced tester. You come up with innovative test strategies and build tools to ensure the system can be inspected as deeply as you need. You understand what testability means and influence the product architecture to ensure we build the testable systems. You are collaborative and work with developers/project managers/site managers/operations engineers and business stakeholders towards a common vision and goal. You contribute not only by finding bugs, but by empathizing with the user’s so that you can create scenarios that help Microsoft deliver the highest value. Quality here does not mean a working application, but an application that built to be resilient, secure, fast and scalable and many more things….all while it’s constantly changing every few weeks.
