We’re looking for a bright, energetic, and passionate person to drive the “Next Generation Support Experience” in Business Intelligence (BI) through our “Detego” program. Detego is a large-scale BI platform that services all aspects of the Customer Service and Support (CSS) business from front-line engineers to the executive teams worldwide.
Reporting to the Program Management (PM) Lead in Shanghai, you will be responsible for delivering and shipping BI components in partnership with our Shanghai development and test team and our PM team in Redmond. You will be the key person connecting business priorities to our day-to-day engineering execution and you will be responsible for driving execution.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in program management, delivering high-quality software solutions
- Experience in delivering software using Agile (SCRUM preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
