职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
To assist with the leadership of field support teams during the installation and checkout of new technology and designs.
To maintain and troubleshoot automated equipment to meet the manufacturing target.
To ensure the inclusion of new designs into rebuild and new construction Appropriation Requests.
To ensure Mechanical/electrical drawings, operation manuals and software packages are archived properly within the plant.
Create project charters, project plans, resource plans, cost estimates
Leading project team to achieve project deliverables and timeline
Document and track activities, scope changes and lessons learned
Assess project status and adjust project plan to ensure timeline, budget and deliverables are met.
Focus on continuous improvement to drive effective and efficient deployment and integration processes.
Provide analytical and problem solving support and guidance to manufacturing when needed to ensure timeline and deliverables stay on track.
Weekend and shift coverage is requirement as needed;
 
Education & Experience
BS or MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with emphasis on mechanical design, optics, camera, and others instrumentation/sensors.
 
Required Skills
3 + years hands on mechanical design or maintenance and hands on;
SCADA and Man Machine System interface. 
Experience in manufacturing information Systems with process data collection and controls.
Fundamental understanding of Test and measurement techniques, signal processing, algorithms and control system.
Pro/E, AutoCad or Solid work is a must.
Knowledge of instrument design and manufacturing;
Knowledge of optical sensors.
Fundamental understanding of quality and reliability as related to measurement and test systems. Gauge R&R, qualification and certification, round robin and artifact and traceability to standards.
Understanding of Electrical codes & standards.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
