Responsibilities
The Emergency Response Team (ERT) Specialist provides ERT direction, and support to AT&S Chongqing. In this position, you will be responsible for directly managing 4 dedicated ERT members and 200 volunteer ERTs across four shifts. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Performing a set of diversified technical and managerial duties including ERT members training, performance rating, organize drills, maintaining/implementing site emergency response plans, facilitate team meetings, safety communications, reinforcing Living in an Injury-Free Environment(LIFE), and working closely with factory managers on incident prevention and investigation.
- Developing/implementing ERT programs in compliance with AT&S guidelines
- Management of ERT equipment, supplies, response SOP, team capability development and the pursuit of injury reduction.
- Perform ERT system inspections and audits and enable a strong emergency system
- Ensuring ERT systems are intact through auditing and provides a report of findings and/or recommendations for improvement
- Preparing and updating rules, standards, programs, policies, and procedures to promote the prevention of hazards to employees
- Assisting EHS management in educating employees on ERT practices, precautions, and procedures - Interpreting and recommending actions to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, country/local laws and company guidelines
- Maintaining customer relations with internal/external customers as appropriate

Requirements:
- Strong English verbal/written communications skills along with demonstrated organizational and leadership skills working in a highly matrix environment
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and outgoing team leader with strong motivational skills
- Ability to thrive in team environment with very close aligned peer roles and responsibilities
- Ability to influence the Factory Management Team and Support Organizations, including outside agencies
- Working knowledge of the Emergency Response and Incident and Command Structure
- Competent in Microsoft* Office Suite* (Outlook*, Word*, Excel*, and PowerPoint*)
- Ability to think clearly and act decisively under stress
- Willingness to learn about emergency response through training
- Experience at seven step problem solving/5 Why/Model Based Problem Solving or tools of the kind
The following qualifications would be added advantages:
- Ability to deliver very detailed information to audience with wide range of experience knowledge
- Prior ERT experience
- Prior ERT leadership roles within the last five years and knowledge of OSHA regulations 举报 分享
