职位描述：
Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Developing and building EHS programs, instilling EHS as an organizational value, working with government agencies on EHS permits/license, driving safety culture based programs in support of site safety vision, which is to create an Injury Free Environment. Advocating environmental excellence actions to achieve next level goals of building green manufacturing.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
1. Ensuring compliance to AT&S EHS standards and local regulatory requirements in 2 ramping factories. Be responsible for EHS permit/license which included but not limited to EIA, Hazwaste, waste air/water, ISO14001, EICC, QC080000 etc. Approval, checking and preparation of design/engineering documentation. Ensure implementation of the environmental management systems across site.
2. Acting as the company liaison with State and Provincial/Local level envir agencies and authorities to ensure the code and regulation changes are followed and addressed properly.
3. Working with business unit to build strong government relationship to ensuring the smooth site operation. Work with incident owner to investigate environmental excursions to minimize recurrence and ensure site is trending healthy.
4. Support site ERT activities by maintaining/implementing site environmental emergency plan. Managing site hazwaste daily operation, and ensure proper classification, storage, reporting, shipment, disposal etc.
5. Support the business units on environmental risk identification and providing technical advice on limiting the risk to acceptable level.
6. Assist in the execution of site environmental audits and assessments, identify/analyze trends across the site, communicate environmental performance internal/external, resolve environmental issues/concerns and ensure solutions are implemented at site, while maintaining full compliance with applicable local laws.
7. Responsible for the setup and sustaining of the site Environmental program, e.g. pollution control, waste management, recycling, conservation and renewable energy, set a benchmark in site green culture.
8. Technically reporting to the senior Environmental Engineer for envir programs and daily operations.
9. Perform/support Environmental inspections and audits.
10. Conducts/coordinates environmental training to educate employees/contractor workers about environmental policies, laws, and practices.
11. Contribute to site Environmental/Energy Conservation goals / management program.
12. Other duties assigned by EHS manager.
