Job Responsibilities:

- Help management to set up rules & regulations for the company to ensure the legal compliance. Establish the proper internal control process to support the healthy development of the business.

- Be directly responsible for setting up proper accounting process and managing daily accounting routine including invoicing, AR, AP, GL by computerized accounting system and prepare both financial statements and internal management reports to support management decision.

- Take lead in annual budget preparation, review data collected and complete the draft budget for management discussion and review.

- Be responsible for cost control and put forward suggestions for improvement

- Be familiar with general tax rules & policy esp. those related to the industry. Handle all the tax issues and put forward advice about tax planning to ensure both legal compliance and cost efficiency.

- Support the work of both internal auditor and external audit. Follow and monitor the implementation of corrective actions as per suggestion.

- Prepare/monitor cash planning on regular basis and manage the treasury in an efficient way.

- Obtain the capability of a consultant and be able to play advisory role in different projects.

- Handle office administrative affairs with help of assistant, including but not limited to office maintenance, purchases, certificate & license application and renewal, etc

- Handle HR activities and issues including but not limited to recruitment, staffing, compensation and benefits, expatriates reception and management.

- Other tasks assigned by management.

Major Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or finance

- Above 5 years finance working experience in MNCs, with management experience in finance and office administration would be preferred, and expatriates management is a plus

- Good knowledge of rules & policy in FA, administration fields including but not limited to general accounting standard, tax laws & regulations, company law, labor law, etc

- Fluent English in both speaking and writing

- Good communication and interpersonal skill

- Strong ability in summarizing and analyzing with good reporting skill.

- Positive, corporative, self-motivated, result oriented with high integrity.
