职位描述：
Responsibility
· Work with RM to identify insurance needs of customers, and distribute insurance products in branches
· Conduct insurance planning for customers to maximize insurance coverage
· Facilitate Sales to target and acquire new customers for branches
· Provide high quality pre and post sales services to customers
· Organize/Participate in insurance product & sales training initiatives in branches
· Follow Bank policies & procedures and be fully compliant
Requirement
· Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics
· 2 - 3 years working experiences in commercial Banks or insurance companies
· Life insurance product knowledge is a must
· Insurance agent qualification is a must
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Energetic and passionate
· A quick learner and team worker
