职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
? Facilitate and design finishing production golden eagle activity, including proposal design, implementation, and continue to improvement.
? Lead shop floor audit and improvement, to make sure shop floor people discipline and daily routine job operation good status.
? Continue to improve shop floor environment, include 5S, safety, VOC and PWE.
? Support shop floor management and production system maintenance, such as production small tool management etc.
? Attend line trouble shooting to backup Process Engineer role when need.


Education & Experience
? Bachelor Degree above, major in Industry Engineering or other engineering related
? 4+ years work experience at least
? 2+ years manufacture shop floor work experience.

Required Skills
? Knowledge of ISO management system
? Good sense on PQCDSM, production management concept
? Good sense on Safety, PCPD, 5S, Change management
? Good team work skill and strong ownership.
? Good English skill on writing, reading, listening and speaking.
? Familiar with Microsoft Office

Desired Skills
? Knowledge of Process trouble shooting & prevention & data-drive, and root cause finding
? Skillful in operation activity

Soft Skills
