职位描述：
招聘管理 Recruiting management：
1. 挑选招聘方式Choose recruitment channel.
2. 筛选和管理招聘的中介机构及劳务外包机构Select and manage recruitment agency and outsourcing agency.
3. 筛选和管理招聘媒体。组织参加招聘会Select and manage recruitment media. Organize recruitment conference.
4. 监督和管理面试程序，参与面试Supervise and manage interview process. Interview all candidates.
5. Taleo的操作和使用Key user of Taleo.
培训Training:
1. 开展培训需求分析，制定、实施和跟踪工厂级年度培训计划。Propose, implement and follow the plant training plan according to training needs analysis.
2. 监控提高培训项目的有效性。Monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency.
3. 扮演和外部供应商的主要对话者和确保其提供的服务符合组织和个人的需求。Act as the main interlocutor of external suppliers and ensure that the service provided meets organization and individual needs.
4. 预测和评估潜在学习需求，为了促进内部调动，安排足够的培训。Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility.
5. 开展和跟踪集团统一的培训，保持和佛吉亚大学的联系。Liaise with Faurecia University for deployment & follow-up of corporate training programs.
6. （可能）对一些内部课程做培训师。(May) act as trainer for some internal training sessions.
EE管理 EE management:
1. 在工厂开展EE的相关工作。Act as EE reference in the plant
2. 在工厂提供EE标准。Provide plant with EE standards
3. 支持管理层在工厂建立和推行EE。Support management in the building and deployment of plant EE strategy
4. 指导主管、经理、班长的日常角色发展。Coach supervisors, managers, GAP leaders on role development.
5. 回顾发展管理层和提出消除障碍的建议。Review progress with Management & make proposals to remove roadblocks
6. 回顾和区域EE交流***实践和困难点。Review progress with Division EE & communicate on Best Practices and difficulties

任职资格Qualification：
1. 至少3－5年在HR从事招聘、培训工作的经验。At least 3-5 years in the HR function with experience in recruitment and training.
2. 有学习和自我规划的能力。Knowledge of learning principles, instructional design and facilitation.
3. 优秀的书写和口头交流技巧。Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. 良好的人际技能。Good interpersonal skills.
5. 最少会双语（有英语要求）Minimum bi-lingual (English required). 举报 分享
