？ Monitor competitive trends, identify the organization's position and participate in the development of Compensation & Benefits policies.
？ Apply Compensation & Benefits policies and communicate them to Faurecia employees.
？ Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring that Faurecia's job grading is properly used.
？ Answer employee and management queries related to compensation and benefits.
？ Ensure that the organization comply with local law in terms of compensation and benefits.
？ Ensure that required records and reports are maintained and issued.
？ Assure that benefit costs comply with the budget.
Training
follow up the trainingplan,organization,record,evaluation etc

Report
complete related report to managers.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
？ Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
？ 3-5 years Compensation & Benefits working knowledge
？ Familiar with HR Information and Payroll systems, Labor law as well as MS office
？ Ability to draw and use statistics
？ International mind set
？ Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
