职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、线上客户咨询解答，促进购买达成。
2、售后问题的解决，保证客户满意度。
3、电商订单管理，及时传达发货订单，跟踪并处置物流异常订单。
4、完成订单评价，管理客户信息。
5、热爱拍摄摄影及文案编辑，在担任客服之余，能处理部分产品拍摄和文案的工作。（有此特长或兴趣爱好为加分项）
6、公司交办其他工作。


任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，欢迎有热情愿意学习的应届毕业生加入。
2、会拍摄、写文案、处理图片的人员优先。
3、对电脑操作熟悉。
