Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
-Work with the line managers to identify the recruitment needs and develop the recruitment plan and projection;
-Develop and improve the selection process, interview guide and assessment tools for different groups of employee and ensure they are followed;
-Work with hiring managers to interview, select and offer candidates in line with the company recruitment policy and legal regulations;
-Ensure flawless on boarding process for new employees positive on boarding experiences;
-Creatively and actively explore new ways to recruit positions that have talent shortage in China;
-Analyze and report key metrics in regard to staffing needs and trends to leadership;
-Develop and deliver the regular recruitment status reports;
-Assist the line managers to define roles and responsibilities for each position, and to ensure all job descriptions are in place and up-to-date;
-Responsible for the Employer Branding program. Develop company promotion materials to promote company’s brand.
Training:
-Develop and implement the setup and maintenance of training system (incl. training policies and plans);
-Monitor the implementation of training plans, and provide necessary suggestions as needed;
-Setup and implement the career development plans for key talents; in order to develop employee's skill and ability to support business requirement and retain talent.
-Other work was assigned by HR Manager.
Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree or above majored in Human Resource Management;
-More than eight years work experience with five years working experiences in training & recruitment;
-Experience with the medical device hiring is preferred;
-Good English skill both in written and speaking.
-Good communication skill
-Detail oriented
-Can work under pressure
