岗位职责：

1.数据库模型设计，包括逻辑设计和物理设计；

2.数据库的规划，实施，备份恢复等，数据库性能优化；

3.数据库移植，包括低版本数据库升级到高版本数据库，异构数据库之间的数据移植；

4.对开发人员进行数据库支持。

能力和素质:

1.三年以上Oracle数据库管理，优化，开发等工作经验，有JAVA或Delphi或Power Builder开发经验者优先；

2.有Oracle OCP者优先考虑；

3.精通建模工具如：POWERDESINGER,ER-WIN,熟悉WINDOWS,UNIX,LINUX等操作系统:

4.有能力迅速学习其他数据库如。DB2,SQL-SERVER,MY SQL或BI工具等；

5.有团队管理经验，具有良好的团队合作精神和敬业精神；

6.工作细致认真负责，善于学习，抗压能力强，追求技术提升和自我发展
