职位描述：
岗位描述：
1、负责配合总裁制定并实施日本区业务发展年度及中长期战略；
2、负责配合总裁协调公司与客户合作伙伴及政府关系；
3、负责市场调研，产品销售；开拓新客户市场及新项目谈判；
4、负责公司销售业务的整合及培训销售人员；
5、负责多个客户端的项目跟销售，建立并维护中高层客户关系，包括与客户保持良好的沟通，快速圆满的解决客户投诉问题，处理客户的特殊要求，增强客户的满意度；
6、带领销售人员制定年度销售计划，市场开拓计划，销售费用计划并监督销售计划的实施及控制销售费用的使用；
7、支持新项目的启动与实施，包括但不限于负责带动销售团队与客户签订新产品试制协议、价格协议及年度供货协议；
8、负责完成总裁临时交待的与业务发展相关的工作。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，机械工程、市场营销、经济、金融企业管理等相关专业；
2、日语流利， 10年以上相关岗位工作经验；
3、具备较强的销售市场营销及渠道拓展经验；
4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
5、熟练使用Microsoft Office专业办公软件，具备较强的沟通和商务谈判能力。
