该职位汇报给店面产品组全国销售经理。该职位办公地点在上海，主要工作职责为菲力尔店面产品在电商平台的业务发展和开拓，需要与团队紧密合作，发展和完成公司制定的店面产品销售指标。
工作职责：
1. 在京东、天猫、亚马逊等主流电商平台上建立并发展我们的电商业务。
2. 旗舰店主页和产品详情页的日常更新和维护。
3. 对于需要新上架的产品，指导Vendor进行产品详情页设计和主页Banner宣传等。
4. 与客户的日常沟通，回答客户的简单技术和商务咨询，实现线上销售。
5. 负责目标产品在线上的促销活动计划和实施。
6. 负责线上销售的数据挖掘、管理和分析，增加点击量和转化率。
7. 对于网络售价进行管控，配合Vendor对恶意低价销售的商家进行处理。
8. 给予经销商必要的网店运营知识培训。
9. 其他主管安排的工作任务。

1. 大学专科及以上学历，有理工科背景优先。
2. 2年以上电子商务相关工作经验，有工业品行业工作经验者优先。
3. 良好的市场敏锐度和解决问题的能力。
4. 能适应偶尔的国内和国际出差工作。
5. 出色的人际沟通能力。流利的中文和商务英语能力。
6. 具有出色的团队合作精神，同时也具备独立完成工作的能力。
7. 出色的时间管理能力，有效安排工作计划。

E-Shop Business Specialist
Position Description:
Reporting to Shop Line Manager China. This position is located in Shanghai and will fully dedicate in shop line products online business. Work closely with other team member to develop online-shop business and drive sales results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop E-shop business on major platforms like JD, Tmall, Amazon.
2. Daily update and maintenance of the home page and product page.
3. Work closely with vendor to upload new products (products page design and homepage banner).
4. Daily communications with customers to achieve online sales revenues.
5. Run online promotion campaigns for target products.
6. Responsible for E-shop data mining, management and analysis, improve the shop hits, visitation and conversion rate.
7. Responsible for online price control (work with vendor).
8. E-shop knowledge training to dealers if necessary.
9. Other task assigned by managers.
Education & Experience:
1. College degree or above, major in engineering is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of e-commerce working experience. (Industrial products working experience is preferred.)
3. Strong marketing sense and good ability in problem solving.
4. Willing to travel domestically and internationally occasionally.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Chinese and English.
6. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
7. Good time management skills.
8. Page design experience is preferred. Marketing concept is preferred.
