Key Responsibilities:

Ensures, supports, and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant

Assists in establishment of plant process flow guidelines, assesses processes for their relevance, and assesses the adequacy of engineering equipment

Be in charge of the quality execution of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering tasks as defined on PLUS timeline

Provides specifications for manufacturing equipment in line with IAC standards and recommendations for equipment procurement

Works with SD-Teams to complete product launches

Makes observations and take measurements directly, as well as collects and interprets data from the other technical and operating staff involved to advise on issue resolution

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering， chemistry preferred.
本科或以上学历，工程,机械，化工专业优先
Mechanical Engineering Background, 2 years of working experience in Auto manufacture domain.
