主要工作Main Missions
PE 产品相关工作(现生产)
ECR的发起、执行、跟踪.Launch ECR, Executing and tracking.
 内部和外部客户的技术支持,负责产品的认可.Take charge of technique service for the interior and external customer, Be responsible for the authorization of the production.
技术文件管理,相关的图纸、技术规范的管理，与产品相关的技术文件编写、发放、执行.
VA/VE and Localization VA/VE 及国产化
In charge of VA/VE and parts/raw material localization 负责VA/VE及原材料/零件国产化项目。
New program quotation新项目报价
In charge of new program quotation负责新项目报价（如需要）。
Production System Development 生产体系开发
Develop production equipment concept: equipment list & specifications (incl. Traceability) according to Faurecia standards (cross-check with Pole of Competence & S/R coordinator), considering requirements for after sales/spare parts production. 定义生产设备：设备清单和技术规范（包括跟踪系统）
Develop production system design: internal MIFD (integrate pull-flow-system), preliminary plant layout Preliminary plant layout. 定义生产体系：内部MIFD，初始平面布置。
Update investment list 更新投资清单
Check know-how availability in plant according to requirements 检查怎样在工厂实现样件
Prepare the "Make" input of the MOB matrix for all remaining components (including subcontracting) 准备零件的制造信息做为MOB的输入。
Analyse industrial & technical risks during prototype build (involving operators from production plant) 分析样件制造的工程技术风险
Develop ergonomic analysis (based on Prototype Build experience & preliminary Standard Operations) & integrate in equipment specifications 进行人机工程分析
Production System Release 生产系统发放
Launch Preparation 投产准备
Validate Production Validation Plan生产验证计划
Pre-Series Procurement & Delivery 试生产的获得和递交
Convert engineering BOM into production BOM 跟踪工程BOM 转到生产BOM
Revise scrap, rework (and workforce) plan for Ramp-up plan 爬坡计划
Program Transfer 项目转交
？ 任职资格要求Qualifications requirement:
？ - 硕士学位，工程专业为***
？ - 至少4 到7 年的工作经验（有工厂环境的工作经验和/或产品经验尤佳）
？ - 至少3 到5 年的项目经验
？ - 注重结果
？ - 较强的沟通和谈判能力
？ - 矛盾管理能力：能够防止和解决矛盾
？ - 能够在矩阵组织中工作
？ - 熟知PMS-工艺
？ - 熟知项目标准、工具和方法 举报 分享
