Major Job Responsibilities

To develop test & validation plan for automotive electronics and safety product

Analyze customer's requirement and/or product usage environment conditions

Follow up and keep track of testing

Planning and conduct new validation equipment assessment

Coordinate and provide validation test facilities resources per product development requirement

Test hardware development includes creation and simulation of electrical inputs and outputs for electronic modules under test

Test software development focuses on control/analysis/diagnostics of test equipment and electronic modules under test

Support, develop and promote new validation technology and processes

Meets Departmental Cost / Quality / objectives

Qualifications

B.S. Degree in Engineering or above

With positive people interface attitude

With at least 3 years of electronic product testing or validation engineering working experience

Good understanding of environmental and EMC testing purpose and metrics

Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required

Experience with a software language (C, C++, or Visual Basic)

Working knowledge of and/or skill in automotive components development will be added advantage

Understanding of ISO 17025 will be an added advantage
