基本职责Essential responsibilities and duties
按照顾客，质量运行，中国区，BG以及佛吉亚集团方针的要求，确保佛吉亚卓越体系在工厂的有效运行。
Guarantee that all actions in the Plant comply with the requirements of the Faurecia Excellence System, and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group and Corporate guidelines.

主要职责The main missions of the role are:
主导工厂过程质量问题及顾客抱怨解决，确保顾客满意度；Take leader of process quality issues and customer complains corrective and preventive actions, ensure customer satisfaction
确保供应商问题得到解决；Ensure supplier quality issue solution
管理IQ团队，确保质量检验工作的有效性；Manage IQ team, ensure inspection team effectiveness
合理安排协调部门成员，监控执行过程，确保质量目标的达成；Define plant quality objectives and monitor progress
确保工厂过程及产品特性完全符合安全/法规的Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards.
通报质量状况并维护质量记录及文件，维护和确保质量体系的正常运行；
Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records/documentation
与采购合作，积极主动地关注供应商质量保证能力，并提高供应商制造质量水平；
Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance. And improve it
在质量没有保证的状况下停止生产以及发运； Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured
负责挑选、培养员工，帮助其发挥优势，确保业绩评估（STAR）和多岗位计划的有效实施。
Responsible for selecting, training and help them play advantage, ensure performance evaluation (STAR) and polyvalence plan been effective implementation.

佛吉亚(长春)汽车部件系统有限公司重庆分公司是佛吉亚集团在重庆建立的独资子公司，其主营业务为生产、开发各种汽车内饰部件及整车座椅，并提供与产品有关的技术服务，目前公司主要为长安福特等著名汽车厂商配套。
公司总投资3,875万欧元，于2004年5月10日注册成立，地址位于重庆市经济技术开发区经开园汽车工业园区，目前共有员工近600人。

目前在重庆有两家工厂，地址及交通线路如下：

老工厂：重庆市北部新区云枫路2号D栋；途经公交车：628路, 680路, 684路, 877路, 878路至南山小区站下车即可

新工厂：重庆市北部新区黄环西路1号（黄茅坪）；途经公交车：573路, 633路区间, 680路, 826路至黄茅坪工业园站下车即可。或乘坐国博线在黄茅坪站下车即可。
